Stampede 2026

2026 will see the return of the infamous Buffalo as it returns courtesy of OG Lewis One and We really think that this majestic steampunk beast deserves a name other than the Stampede Buffalo. So if you have not joined us on FB Steampunk Stampede page or as part of S.outhern O.klahoma S.teampunk also on FB now's the time to do so and help us find a name; and that's just the start.

2026 will see brand new hours extended into the evening time for a street dance like it was 1888. We will be extending an extra block an adding a Hears and Ambulance Car Show kicking off our Halloween Spirit and there may even be a zombie or two: one can never tell. This year's guests will still find entertainment to relax and sit down to at our stage along with our entertainers will be taking to the street bringing entertainment to our guests.

It is our goal that guests not just attend our festival but become immersed in our festival as our performers intermingle with you from the street hustler up to his elbows in tricks and treats to the Fire Eaters just a few feet away. Have one of our talented musicians sing a song just for you or your best friend while one of our many characters harass you well just because.

More importantly we will have an abundant number of vendors with unique items for you to choose from along with great food trucks the kind that make a skinny man fat and a fat man happy. To go you one better our festival is free to attend which means you have money to buy a souvenir, grab a bite to eat, and still go home with change in your pockets.

Not only is our event free to attend but there will be plenty of free things to enjoy. We don't want to break the bank, but we hope to make you crack a smile. So come out and join us for a free fun filled weekend and party like it was 1888.
